Account Basics - Dashboard and Billing overview
Introduction
In this introductory series article we will get an overview of SmartlyQ's dashboard and some of the user's main account settings including Billing & Plans.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing users sees once logged in. You can also access the Dashboard at any time by clicking on the "Dashboards" menu item on the left hand side menu.
The Dashboard provides an overview of some main statistics and metrics such as:
- How many words in total have been generated
- How many total images generated
- Howe many credits remaining in your account
- How many total hours saved from your time
The "Recent History" section displays the four recent templates that have been used
The "Most Popular" section displays the recent trend in templates being used accross our users in SmartlyQ.
Finally, the "For You" sections includes some template suggestions that may be of use to you.
Billing overview
You can access the Billing oveview at any time by navigating to the top right corner, click on the Avatar icon and then select the "Plans and Billing" option.
In the Billing Overview, you can see your active plan, including the expiration date, remaining word count, and image credits. This is your starting point for managing your subscription.
You can also:
- View and change your preferred payment methods
- View the available SmartlyQ plans and pricing
- View your account's subscription history in detail
- View all your payment transactions/history.
- Cancel your subscription
