The Agency Admin Dashboard is your command centre for managing clients, monitoring usage, and overseeing all agency operations within SmartlyQ.
Key Capabilities
- Client overview — see all clients and their account status
- Usage monitoring — track how clients use their allocated resources
- Revenue tracking — monitor billing and revenue from client subscriptions
- Quick actions — create new client workspaces, manage access, and handle support
- Agency reports — generate reports across all client accounts
How to Access
Navigate to Whitelabel > Agency from the sidebar.
Managing Clients
- View all clients in the dashboard
- Click a client to see their workspace details, usage, and subscription
- Create new clients by setting up workspaces and inviting them
- Manage permissions — control what features each client can access
- Monitor activity — see login history and feature usage
Agency Reports
Generate aggregate reports across all client accounts:
- Total managed accounts — how many social profiles you manage
- Aggregate performance — combined metrics across all clients
- Revenue summary — billing and subscription income
Tip: Use the agency dashboard for monthly client reviews. It gives you a bird's-eye view of performance across your entire portfolio.
