Overview

Manage your SmartlyQ subscription, payment methods, and billing history from the Billing section.

Key Capabilities

  • Plan management — view your current plan and available upgrades
  • Payment methods — add, update, or remove payment cards
  • Billing history — view past invoices and payment receipts
  • Subscription management — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan
  • Usage tracking — monitor your plan limits (social accounts, AI credits, storage)

How to Access

Navigate to Workspace > Billing from the sidebar.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Go to Billing
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade
  4. Review the new plan details and confirm
  5. Changes take effect immediately (or at the next billing cycle for downgrades)

Understanding Usage Limits

Your plan includes limits for:

  • Social accounts — number of connected social profiles
  • AI credits — monthly allocation for AI-powered features
  • Team members — number of users in your workspace
  • Storage — media library storage space
  • Chatbots — number of active chatbots

Usage meters are visible in the Billing section so you can monitor consumption.

Payment History

All invoices are downloadable as PDF from the Payments tab. Each invoice includes:

  • Plan name and period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
  • Tax details (where applicable)

Tip: Set up auto-renewal and keep your payment method current to avoid any interruption in service.
