The Brands feature lets you define and manage brand identities within SmartlyQ. Set up brand guidelines, voice, colours, and assets so all your content stays consistent.

- Brand profiles — create profiles for each brand you manage

- Visual identity — store brand colours, logos, and fonts

How to Access
Navigate to Connect > Brands from the sidebar.
Setting Up a Brand
- Click Create Brand
- Enter the brand name and description
- Define the brand voice — tone (professional, casual, playful), key phrases, words to avoid
- Add visual assets — logo, colour palette
- Save
How Brand Voice Works
When you generate content using AI (Assistant, Templates, Article Generator, etc.), SmartlyQ automatically applies the selected brand's voice guidelines. This means:
- Content matches your brand's tone and style
- Key phrases and terminology are used consistently
- Restricted words or phrases are avoided
Tip: Spend time defining a detailed brand voice upfront — it pays dividends every time you generate content.
