Overview
The Bulk Scheduler lets you schedule many posts at once. Upload a CSV file or use the batch interface to create dozens or hundreds of scheduled posts in minutes.
Key Capabilities
- CSV import — prepare posts in a spreadsheet and upload
- Batch creation — schedule multiple posts in one operation
- Multi-platform — assign posts to different accounts in the same batch
- Date/time assignment — set individual publish dates or use queue slots
- Media attachment — reference media files for each post
How to Access
Navigate to Publish > Bulk Scheduler from the sidebar.
How to Use
- Open the Bulk Scheduler
- Choose your method: CSV upload or manual batch entry
- For CSV: prepare your file with columns for content, platform, date, and media
- Upload and review — SmartlyQ shows a preview of all posts
- Make any adjustments
- Click Schedule All
