Business Groups

Overview

Business Groups let you organise your social media accounts and data into logical business units. This is especially useful for agencies and businesses managing multiple brands or locations.

Key Capabilities

  • Group accounts — organise social accounts by business, brand, or location
  • Unified reporting — generate reports across all accounts in a group
  • Access control — control which team members can access which groups
  • Cross-account analytics — compare performance across accounts in a group

How to Access

Navigate to Connect > Business Groups from the sidebar.

Setting Up Business Groups

  1. Click Create Group
  2. Name the group (e.g., "Brand X - Social" or "NYC Location")
  3. Add social accounts to the group
