Overview

SmartlyQ's agency billing system lets you charge your clients for using your whitelabelled platform. Set up plans, process payments, and manage subscriptions — all handled through Stripe.

How to Access

Navigate to Whitelabel > Agency > Billing from the sidebar.

Setting Up Client Billing

  1. Connect Stripe — link your Stripe account via the Stripe Connect flow
  2. Create plans — define the plans you want to offer (features, limits, pricing)
  3. Set up payment pages — each client gets a branded payment link
  4. Invite clients — send them your payment page URL to subscribe
  5. Manage subscriptions — view, modify, or cancel client subscriptions from the dashboard

Stripe Connect

SmartlyQ uses Stripe Connect so you receive payments directly to your Stripe account:

  • Payments go straight to your Stripe account
  • SmartlyQ handles the subscription logic
  • You manage refunds and disputes from your Stripe dashboard
  • Full PCI compliance handled by Stripe

Revenue Tracking

The agency billing dashboard shows:

  • Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) — total monthly income
  • Active subscriptions — number of paying clients
  • Recent transactions — latest payments and renewals
  • Failed payments — alerts for payment issues that need attention

Tip: Price your plans based on the value you provide, not just the cost. Consider tiering plans by features and social account limits to capture different market segments.
