How to Access
Navigate to Publish > Comments from the sidebar.
Comments are aggregated from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more — depending on platform API availability.
- Open Comments Management
- Browse or filter comments
- Click Reply on any comment
- Type your response (or use the AI suggestion)
- Send — the reply posts directly to the platform
Tip: Use AI-suggested replies to save time, then personalise them before sending to keep the human touch.
