Overview
Before you can publish, schedule, or analyse social media content, you need to connect your social media accounts to SmartlyQ. The connection process is secure and uses official platform authentication.
SmartlyQ supports 13+ social media platforms:
- Facebook — Pages and Groups
- Instagram — Business and Creator accounts
- LinkedIn — Personal profiles and Company pages
- X (Twitter) — Personal and business accounts
- YouTube — Channels
- TikTok — Business accounts
- Pinterest — Business accounts
- Reddit — Accounts
- Tumblr — Blogs
- Bluesky — Accounts
- Threads — Accounts
- Google Business Profile — Business listings
How to Connect
- Go to Publish > Social Accounts from the sidebar
- Click Connect Account
- Select the platform you want to connect
- You'll be redirected to the platform's official login page
- Authorise SmartlyQ to access your account
- Once authorised, the account appears in your connected accounts list
Managing Connections
- View status — see which accounts are connected and active
- Reconnect — if a connection expires, reconnect with one click
- Disconnect — remove an account you no longer want to manage
- Multiple accounts — connect as many accounts as your plan allows
Troubleshooting
- Connection expired? — Platforms periodically revoke access tokens. Simply reconnect.
- Missing pages/profiles? — Ensure you have admin access to the page or profile on the platform itself.
- Wrong account? — Disconnect and reconnect with the correct login.
Tip: Connect all your accounts at the start so your content calendar and analytics cover everything from day one.
