Embedding Your Chatbot & Analytics

Overview

Once your chatbot is ready, embed it on any website with a simple code snippet. Then track its performance with built-in analytics.

Embedding Your Chatbot

  1. Open your chatbot in the editor
  2. Make sure the bot is enabled (toggle the status to active)
  3. Go to the Embed section
  4. Copy the embed code (a JavaScript snippet)
  5. Paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag
  6. The chat widget appears on your site immediately

Embed Options

  • Full widget — floating chat bubble that expands into a conversation window
  • Inline embed — embed the chat interface directly into a page section
  • Custom triggers — open the chat widget from a button click or specific user action

Chatbot Analytics

Track your chatbot's performance from the Analytics dashboard:

  • Total conversations — how many chats the bot handles
  • Resolution rate — percentage of conversations resolved without human intervention
  • Escalation rate — percentage transferred to live agents
  • Average conversation length — how many messages per conversation
  • Popular topics — most frequently asked questions
  • User satisfaction — feedback ratings from visitors (if enabled)

How to Access

Navigate to Automate > Analytics from the sidebar.

Key Metrics to Watch

  • High escalation rate? — Add more training data for common questions
  • Short conversations? — The bot might be giving incomplete answers
  • Negative feedback? — Review those specific conversations to identify issues

Tip: Monitor analytics weekly during the first month after deployment. Use the insights to continuously improve your bot's knowledge and responses.
