Step 1: Creating Your Black Forest Labs API Key

1. Sign Up or Log In:

• Navigate to the Black Forest Labs API Page: https://dashboard.bfl.ai/api/keys.
• If you don’t have an account, sign up for a new account. If you already have one, simply log in with your credentials.

2. Add a new API key:

• Once logged in, you will see an option to create an api key.

• Give it a meaningful name first (e.g. SmartlyQ) and then press "Create Key"

• You should now be able to see your newly created key (it will be masked), simply press the "Copy" option.

• Make sure to add/purchase credits, otherwise you will not be able to generate any images:

Step 2: Adding Your Black Forest Labs API Key to SmartlyQ

1. Log into SmartlyQ:

• Go to smartlyq.com and log in to your account.

2. Navigate to Account > Account Details:

• Look for the Account Details settings of your SmartlyQ account. This is found in the left menu under the TOOLS heading. Expand the "Account" dropdown and select the "Account Details" option.

3. Find API Key Configuration:

• In the next screen select “AI Connect” from the left hand menu.

4. Paste Your API Key:

• In the provided field, paste the Black Forest Labs API key you copied earlier and finally press "Save changes".
• Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the key when pasting.

5. Save Changes:

• Check the box "I agree to use my Black Forest Labs API key.".
• Ensure you click on “Save Changes” to store your changes.
