How to use the SmartlyQ Smart Editor

Combining Templates for Unique Content Creation

Overview

The Smart Editor in SmartlyQ allows users to generate content efficiently by combining various templates. In this article, we will guide you through a use case where you will create a blog post by leveraging three different templates: Blog Title, Blog Idea & Outline, and Blog Section.

Access the Smart Editor Tool

• Log in to your SmartlyQ account
• Navigate to the "Workflows" section on the left-hand menu and select the "Smart Editor" tool.

Use Case: Creating a Blog Post

In this example, we'll create a blog post about "The Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation."

Step 1: Generate a Blog Title

• Select the "Blog Title" Template from the list on the left.

• Input Prompt: Enter a prompt to generate an engaging blog title. For instance, “Generate a catchy blog title about the benefits of mindfulness meditation.” Select language, desired tone, creativity level and number of result variants (if needed). 
• View Output: The Smart Editor will generate a title. For example, “Unlocking Serenity: Discover the Transformative Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation”

Step 2: Generate Blog Idea & Outline

• Press "Back" in the top left corner and then select the "Blog Idea & Outline" Template from the left panel list of templates.

• Input Prompt: Enter a prompt/topic such as, “Provide a detailed blog idea and outline for the topic of mindfulness meditation.” and additionally some keywords.
• View Output: The editor will generate an idea and outline. You might receive a structured outline like this:

- Historical Origins of Mindfulness Practice

- Core Principles of Mindfulness Meditation

- The Science Behind Mindfulness: How It Affects the Brain

- Mental Health Benefits: Reducing Anxiety and Depression

- Physical Health Benefits: Effects on Overall Well-Being

- Mindfulness Meditation Techniques: Simple Practices to Try

- Overcoming Challenges in Consistent Meditation Practice

- Mindfulness in Daily Life: Integrating Meditation Beyond the Cushion

Step 3: Expand on Each Section with Blog Section Template

• Select the "Blog Section" Template to elaborate on specific sections of your outline.

• For each section of the outline, input a prompt.

• For "Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation": “Write a detailed paragraph explaining what mindfulness meditation is.”

• For "Historical Origins of Mindfulness Practice": “Write a detailed text about the Historical Origins of Mindfulness Practice.”

• For "Core Principles of Mindfulness Meditation": “Write a detailed paragraph explaining the Core Principles of Mindfulness Meditation.”

Repeat the same process for all your sections.

Edit and Format as necessary to ensure a cohesive flow

Each output is automatically copied onto the editor, so that you can edit content as desired.

By combining the "Blog Title," "Blog Idea & Outline," and "Blog Section" templates in the Smart Editor, you can efficiently create a comprehensive blog post. This method not only saves time but also leverages the power of multiple templates to enhance content quality.
