Overview
The Manage Posts view gives you a comprehensive list of all your social media posts — draft, scheduled, published, and failed. Filter, search, and take action on any post.
Key Capabilities
- Full post history — see every post across all platforms
- Status filtering — filter by draft, scheduled, published, or failed
- Search — find specific posts by keyword
- Bulk actions — select multiple posts for bulk operations
- Performance preview — see engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) inline
- Quick edit — modify scheduled posts before they go live
How to Access
Navigate to Publish > Manage Posts from the sidebar.
Post Statuses
- Draft — saved but not yet scheduled
- Scheduled — set to publish at a future date/time
- Published — successfully posted to the platform
- Failed — post encountered an error (click to see details and retry)
- In Queue — added to a post queue, awaiting the next available slot
Tip: Regularly check the "Failed" filter to catch and resolve any posting errors quickly.
