Overview
Post Queues let you define recurring time slots for each day of the week. Instead of picking a specific date and time for every post, simply add content to your queue and SmartlyQ publishes it at the next available slot.
Key Capabilities
- Custom time slots — define different posting times for each day of the week
- Per-account queues — set up different queue schedules for different social accounts
- Queue-and-forget — add content to the queue and it publishes automatically
- Reorder — drag and drop to change the order of queued posts
- Pause/resume — pause a queue without losing your scheduled content
How to Access
Navigate to Publish > Post Queues from the sidebar.
Setting Up a Queue
- Open Post Queues
- Select the social account you want to set up
- Add time slots — click on each day of the week and add your preferred posting times
- Save — your queue is now active
Using the Queue
When creating a post, instead of selecting a specific date/time, choose Add to Queue. SmartlyQ will place the post in the next available time slot.
Tip: Set up queue times based on when your audience is most active. Check your analytics to find optimal engagement windows.
