SmartlyQ now supports integration with Pabbly and Zapier via webhooks, enabling you to automatically share your content with various third-party applications. This feature is perfect for distributing content directly after creation to platforms like Google Drive, Trello, Slack, and more.

How to Set Up SmartlyQ Webhook Integration with Pabbly and Zapier

1. Setting Up the Webhook in Pabbly:

• Login or sign up at Pabbly.com.
• Go to Create Workflow and select Webhook as the trigger event.
• Copy the Webhook URL generated by Pabbly and paste it into the SmartlyQ webhook settings.
• Test the webhook by creating a sample piece of content in SmartlyQ to ensure Pabbly receives the data.
• Add Action Steps: Choose the app where you want to send the content (e.g., Google Drive or Slack), map the relevant content fields, and save.

2. Setting Up the Webhook in Zapier:

• Login to Zapier.com and go to Create a Zap.
• Set Webhook by Zapier as the trigger event.
• Copy the Webhook URL generated by Zapier and paste it into SmartlyQ's webhook settings.
• To test, create a piece of content in SmartlyQ. This will trigger the webhook and send data to Zapier.
• Choose Your Action App: Select an action app (e.g., Trello, Gmail) and configure the data mapping.
• Save and activate the Zap to automate content sharing.

3. Locate Webhook in SmartlyQ:

• Go to your SmartlyQ dashboard and navigate to Account > Account Details, under the TOOLS section.
• In the nect screen locate and select the "Webhook" option.
• Copy the webhook URL provided in Pabbly or Zapier and paste it into SmartlyQ.

This integration with Pabbly and Zapier webhooks allows you to automatically distribute the content created in SmartlyQ, expanding your reach and saving time!
