Slack Integration

Connect SmartlyQ to your Slack workspace to:

• Receive notifications — get alerts about scheduled posts, failed publications, and team activity
• Quick actions — interact with SmartlyQ directly from Slack using slash commands
• Team coordination — keep your marketing team informed in their favourite chat tool

How to Connect:

1. Go to Connect > Integrations
2. Click Slack
3. Authorise SmartlyQ in your Slack workspace
4. Select the channel(s) for notifications

Canva Integration

Connect your Canva account to:

• Access Canva designs — browse and import your Canva creations directly into SmartlyQ
• Design in Canva — launch Canva's editor from within SmartlyQ
• Seamless workflow — design in Canva, then schedule in SmartlyQ without downloading and re-uploading

How to Connect:

1. Go to Workspace > Canva
2. Click Connect Canva
3. Authorise with your Canva account
4. Your Canva designs become accessible in SmartlyQ

Tip: Use the Canva integration to maintain brand consistency — design all your visuals in Canva with your brand kit, then bring them into SmartlyQ for scheduling and publishing.
