SmartlyQ's whitelabel feature lets you rebrand the entire platform as your own. Your clients see your logo, colours, domain, and branding — with no mention of SmartlyQ.

How to Access
Navigate to Whitelabel > Settings from the sidebar, or use the Setup Wizard for first-time configuration.
Whitelabel Setup Wizard
The wizard guides you through:
- Brand identity — upload your logo, set brand name and colours
- Domain configuration — set up your custom domain with DNS instructions
- Email settings — configure email sender name and address
- Login page — customise the login/signup page
- Dashboard — preview your branded dashboard
- Review & activate — confirm settings and go live
Custom Domain Setup
- Choose your domain (e.g.,
app.youragency.com)
- Add the DNS records provided by SmartlyQ to your domain registrar
- Wait for DNS propagation (usually 15-60 minutes)
- SmartlyQ automatically provisions an SSL certificate
- Your branded platform is live on your domain
Tip: Prepare your brand assets (logo in multiple sizes, brand colours as hex codes, favicon) before starting the wizard for a smoother setup experience.
