SmartlyQ workspaces let you collaborate with team members, manage permissions, and keep projects organised.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a shared environment where your team can:
- Access the same social accounts and content
- Collaborate on posts, campaigns, and reports
- Share media library assets
- Use a shared pool of AI credits
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Workspace in the sidebar
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role and permissions
- They'll receive an email invitation to join
Roles & Permissions
SmartlyQ supports granular permissions so you can control who accesses what:
- Owner — Full access to everything, including billing and workspace settings
- Admin — Can manage team members, social accounts, and all features
- Editor — Can create and schedule content, view reports, but cannot manage billing
- Viewer — Read-only access to reports and published content
Switching Workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces (e.g., different clients or brands), use the workspace switcher in the top bar to switch between them instantly.
Best Practices
- Use roles wisely — give team members only the access they need
- Set up brands — define brand voices and guidelines so everyone stays on-brand
- Use labels — organise posts with labels so the team can filter and find content quickly
Tip: Agencies can set up separate workspaces per client, each with their own social accounts, content calendar, and reporting.
